Equipping a Mobilized Coalition
Gathering leaders. Equipping a coalition.
The Life & Liberty Forum was designed to convene pastors from nearly every state and equip them with the insight, relationships, and confidence to lead with conviction.
The Life & Liberty Forum serves as The Danbury Institute’s premier national convening—designed to translate deeply held convictions into durable coalitions and sustained civic engagement. Produced by the Danbury team, and building upon earlier forums developed through the Conservative Baptist Network, the event has become a trusted platform for faith leaders, policymakers, and institutional partners navigating the intersection of faith, culture, and public life.
Each annual forum convened up to 1,400 pastors and ministry leaders from nearly all 50 states, representing a broad and diverse coalition of faith traditions. The objective was not messaging for its own sake, but alignment—creating a serious, high-trust environment where leaders could be equipped, unified, and mobilized around shared priorities such as religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and constitutional governance.
Strategy & Execution
Strategic visioning and long-term positioning of the Forum as a national platform
Program architecture and speaker strategy aligned with policy and cultural objectives
Coalition management across denominations and partner organizations
Large-scale event production and on-site execution
Donor cultivation, sponsor integration, and partner alignment
Messaging discipline before, during, and after the event to sustain momentum
The work required balancing institutional credibility, political sophistication, and theological seriousness—a necessary posture for engagement at the national level.
